Ordering and Payment

    1. Work efficiently from home with our Personal Space package with just 2 easy steps:
      1. Click “Products” from the header and select your preferred Personal Space Home Office package; Starter Home Office, Power User Home Office, or Executive Home Office.
      2. Provide your Shipping and Payment details. Once the payment has been made, you will be redirected to our Thank You page and you will receive an email that displays your order details.
    1. Choose an innovative Meeting Room package by doing the following:
      1. Click “Products” from the header and select the Meeting Room package that suits your needs.
      2. Provide your Shipping and Payment details. Once the payment has been made, you will be redirected to our Thank You page and you will receive an email that displays your order details.
    1. We will be asking for your Full Name, Business Details, Complete Address where to ship your order, and your Credit Card details for the payment. All purchases will be via guest checkout.
    1. We are using Stripe to process your payments and currently, they are accepting the following card brands:
      1. American Express
      2. China UnionPay (CUP)
      3. Discover & diners
      4. Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
      5. Mastercard
      6. Visa
    1. Your email contains a tracking number from the delivery service provider near you.
    1. You may cancel anytime before shipping.
    2. Please take note that the 2.9% plus 30 cents Stripe fee from the transaction you’ve made will not be refunded as per the Stripe rules.
    3. If the order has already been shipped the Cancel button will not be available.

  1. For now, we ship within the United States and we’re working to make it globally available.
  1. Once the product arrives, you will find a Return Process document attached to the package. Just do what it says or you may reach us or you may send your concerns to our Contact Us page.
  1. You may send your concern through the Submit a Ticket page. You just have to provide the details and wait for our representative to answer your questions/concerns.
